What time can I arrive?Our gates open 5 minutes before each time slot.

Are dogs allowed?Well-behaved dogs are allowed at the festival and must be kept on the leash.

What shall I wear?Wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for the weather, wear wellies as the field can get very muddy. Don't forget to bring a jacket, as it can get chilly, especially in the evenings.

How long can I stay for?Each time slot is allocated two hours. You can stay as long as you'd like within the time slot.

What refreshments are there?We offer a variety of delectable food and beverages for purchase, including pumpkin-themed treats and a selection of hot drinks.

Are you wheelchair friendly?Yes, we are wheelchair accessible. There are designated parking spaces and ramps for easy access.

Is the ticket per person?Yes, each ticket is for one person.

What's included in the ticket?Your general admission ticket includes admission to the festival, access to all the performers and attractions. Please note tickets do not include a pumpkin

What additional activities are available for an extra charge?We offer face painting, a fun fair, mini-farm photos with the animals, and a variety of food and beverages for an additional fee.

Can I park on the farmThere are limited car parking spaces onsite. To avoid disappointment, we will send an email with alternative car parking options to all ticket holders.

Usage GuidelinesUse logs within 12 months of purchase for best results Stack logs loosely in your fireplace or stove to ensure proper airflow Never burn more than recommended for your appliance Start fires with kindling and smaller logs before adding larger pieces
